Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Exchanges are permitted if the inventory is available or Store credit will be issued. Store Credit works just like cash, and have non expiration and will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Item are eligible for return if:

• All Apparel Jewelry and Accessory items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached.
• Items are shipped back within 14 days from the received date per tracking
  
• Sale merchandise, gift cards, and Sale / Clearance category and Drop Ship / Special Order items or any items at a discounted price may not be returned or exchanged, if received back, we will deduct a restocking fee from the return
• Fragile items as well as Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a mistake in manufacturing your order.
  
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless covered under package protection that is purchased at checkout
  
• If return item(s) is damaged upon return, no refund will be given and the customer is responsible for filing an insurance claim with courier
