Shipping policy

Items will be shipped out in 24 hours unless they are shipping direct from a vendor as a drop ship item, or a preorder! Only items with additional handling rates such as expedited or overnight will be guaranteed for delivery. Courier delivery times for standard shipping are out of our control. If and item is lost in transit or undeliverable, please use our return portal to file a claim.
